Refund & Cancellation Policies

At Cab Riding, we understand that plans can change. Here are our policies regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation Notice:

  • If a traveler cancels 24 hours prior to the pick-up time, a 10% deduction from the total trip cost will be applied.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed via online transfer to the customer’s bank account.
  • Cash refund requests will not be entertained.
  • The refund amount will be credited approximately within 7 business days after the cancellation.
